Consider this analogy: does clay have knowledge of its' sculptors' plan?

If consciousness is the ground of all being (like clay could be imagined as the 'ground' of all sculptures) then investigating as to whether consciousness has a plan or not is as pointless as trying to find out what’s north of the North Pole or investigating the nature of nothing!

Consciousness is ineffable; it cannot be investigated because it’s the very thing out of which All-That-Is emerges. You end up going in circles if you try to penetrate consciousness.

INFINITE POSSIBILITIES:
Any plan you believe there may be is, therefore, a product of your imagination. There is no plan for life other than that which you decide. The freedom to make your own plans leads to a universe of infinite variety where other minds can, and probably are planning extraordinary realities most of which will be beyond our ability to conceive or perceive
